Physical Description:
Dinidan, or Dini as he's known to family has a large frame for a boy his age. But even at a younger age his family knew he would be a giant of a man. He stands at half over six feet, and has shoulders as his father described wide enough to scare every woman in Kanto. His legs are pillars of muscle that he developed working for his father. The feature that his family likes best is his hands, the overly large hands attached to the colums of strength that are his arms. He doesn't have six pack abs, and his body wasn't built in a gym. He has a body built by years of hard work on a fishing boat. He does have a cresent moon scar on his left thigh from a fishing accident in his youth. Basically he has deep auburn colored hair, and clear jade green eyes, which are usually hidden behind a rather stormy scowl.



His clothing is generally fairly simple. He'll wear a simple t-shirt and jeans, with steel toed boots. He is used to wearing fingerless gloves as much as possible. But will also use and wear the rubber safety gloves for working on big lines. His personal coat is generally a black vest that he tries to remember about as much as possible. He has started to wear a simple ball cap to block the sun from his eyes as he's busy with the work.



Mental description:
He's cynical by nature, and doesn't trust people that much. He's seen enough people stiff his father to not trust every soul he comes across. As a child he was rather bright and fun loving. He was and is still fairly adventourous. Loving to be out on the open waters and flying from one job on the ship to another. Often letting his feet leave the deck as he went. Now though he is more stable and grounded then back then. He keeps his own council and trusts his own judgements before asking other's for their input.



His likes are actually rather simple. It's part of the reason why he loved working on the fishing boat. he loves to travel, see new things, and have adventures. Also he's throughly head over heels in love with pokemon. Specifically Charmanders. Well, honestly thats just about any fire type. But Charmanders are the ones that he loves most. Face it, he's a fire bug. Otherwise, he likes music, and food, lots of food. Heck it doesn't even have to be good food, just food. The scary thing is he likes hard work, he doesn't know why, but the harder the task the better for him. He likes also to push his mind as well as his body to it's limits.



Origins:
Dini was born eighteen years
ago on a stormy night....well not really it was a bright and sunny day. His father had purchased a fishing boat business in a little town called Pallet. And this is where Dini started off his life. He spent much of his early years playing with his mother's pokemon as he would also learn things from both school and his father's fishing business. When he was ten years of age though the fun kinda ended for him. 

When he had just celebrated his tenth birthday, his mother got sick, and the medical bills were piling up. To  help his father he would rush home from school to jump onto the fishing boat. It was on the boat that he learned how much he liked working with his hands. He knew he loved pokemon, but he wasn't going to be able to really enjoy a journey while his family was struggling. So he continued to work on the boat through out high school. His body started to change while on the boat. Gone was the baby fat within a few years. Wiry muscle replaced what he already had, but as he aged and he grew into his height his body began to thicken. When he was thirteen his mother pulled through  her medical problems, and things started to get better again. But he had already been doing this for three years. It had become a habit that was hard for him to break. And he continued working on the boat no matter what his parents said. 

His mother asked him about grabbing his own first pokemon and starting his own journey. He promised her he would do just that. Since it had become his dream on the many nights on the boat. But he would only do it when the family wasn't depending on the extra money he brought from fishing. That took five more wonderful years. Ask him if he regrets waiting so long to start his journey and he'd tell you, that your crazy. He spent all that time getting to really know his father, and learning a major lesson in work ethic and family importance. An education that no school could ever teach him. Now that he's hit eighteen, and his father is in a much stronger position. He's headed out to start his own journey. As crazy as that sounds. He's got his fishing pole, boots, and personal drive. To find what adventure is out there for him.
